Guardian currently has openings for qualified Clinical Nurse Supervisors to join their team in the greater Atlanta area (territories covering College Park, Marietta, and Decatur). -- Don't forget about the Athens are as well.

The successful candidates are responsible for the overall clinical management of a group of patients. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor coordinates daily staffing activities of all nursing staff, and is also responsible for interviewing, hiring, orientation, patient assignments, in-services, and the evaluation of nursing staff and program.Job ResponsibilitiesDaily oversight and supervision of patients and field staff

Assess and develop an initial plan of care per patient's needs in accordance with physician orders and agency policies and procedures

Schedules, completes' updates and maintains timely employee performance evaluations and competencies

On call for patient related problems and available to nursing staff for 24 hour period as assigned

Demonstrates knowledge of State and Federal Regulations and accreditation standards pertaining to home health and is able to communicate this knowledge to staff

Reports are provided to the Director of Patient Care Services/designee in a timely manner

Assists Staffing Coordinator by calling field staff to cover cases and completes home visits as neededJob Requirements


Current GA RN license

Current CPR card

At least 2 years of recent home health experience

At least 1 year of management experience
