RN Case Manager (Downtown OKC )

We are a locally owned home health company looking for a case manager who is capable of overseeing the care of 20-30 patients. We offer health and dental insurance and a gas card for fuel expenses. We use electronic medical documentation to reduce paperwork and reduce time consumption doing patient charting. We have low turnover because we are a stable, well run, fast growing organization.
