ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER INVOLVED IN DAILY NURSING CARE
The ideal candidate will be heavily involved with the CARDIOLOGY DIVISION, especially in the HEART FAILURE DEPARTMENT.
This NURSE PRACTITIONER will be the primary Nurse in the Ongoing Care and Treatment process for the patients.
The duties will include managing patient care, best practices, quality training of staff and support personnel, and in-service education, as well as patient infusion, telemonitoring, and ongoing treatment and care for high-risk coronary patients. Also, responsible for outpatient follow-up with the patient and family.
Requires excellent communication skills with the Professional Staff and the Patients and their families, as well. Should be a professional intensely committed to the newest technologies and applications for the Cardio/Vascular practice area.
REQUIRED RN-Kentucky License,
MSN & ADVANCED NURSE Certification and specialization in Cardiac Care.
