Full time & PRN ositions positions providing supervision to adolescents in a residential behavioral treatment setting to ensure a physically and emotionally safe environment and residents basic needs are being met in accordance with company policies and procedures and all licensing and certification requirements.
Individuals will assist in setting and enforcing behavior management plans and unit expectations, providing crisis intervention as necessary to resolve conflicts and to respond pro-actively to inappropriate and/or unsafe behavior. Supervises daily activities of residents and provides mentoring to assist with individual work, peer group processes and staff relationships. Prepares and present groups according to unit specific guidelines. Individual is responsible for timely documentation of resident activities, incidents and other required paperwork according to program standards. Individual is responsible for timely and accurate communication with unit peers and clinical team regarding resident progress, concerns, and recommendations.
——Position involves working some holidays. We offer a competitive wage $9-$12hr for Full time + Differentials (depending on experience/education) and benefit package including health, dental, vision, life, 401k, holidays, vacation, sick leave and generous shift premium pay. ——-Part Time Pay is 15.00 + Shift differentials (Max 24hr week)
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass drug screening and criminal background investigations.
Shifts available include:
• Weekend Double: Sat and Sun 7am-11pm (32hr required only but also guaranteed 40 if desired)*Shift premium applies INCLUDES BENIFITS
• Flex: Able to work any shift 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am: 5 various shifts throughout the week to cover vacations. *Shift premiums applies INCLUDES BENIFITS
