We currently have an opening for a Clinical Nurse I in the Surgical ICU.
Responsibilities:

• Performs comprehensive patient assessment based on data gathered.
• Documents care and patient outcomes.
• Interacts in a courteous, professional manner with evidence of conflict resolution skills.
• Collaborates with other disciplines about patient care activities/procedures to maximize patient-centered efficient care.
• Accommodates cultural practices, maturational level, and individual preferences as much as possible in providing patient care.
• Articulates and implements all aspects of the general safety/falls prevention strategies in patient care.
• Actively questions which resources are needed to achieve quality patient care outcomes
  Requirements:
• Kansas Registered Nurse license or eligible.
• A minimum of 6 months nursing experience is required.
• Must have an American Heart Association basic life support (BLS) or an American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
• Other certifications may be required depending on nursing unit.Click here for more information
