We are having a Job Fair on Monday's between 8:30 to 4:00. If you have at least 6 Month's Experience in the Home Health Care Field we would love to me you. Demonstrate the ability to read and follow a Plan of Care.
Able to assist with all ADL's: Personal Care Assistant, Light House Keeping, Laundry, Meal Prep, Errands, Transfers, Companionship, and Shopping.
You must have the following items with you to apply, if you do NOT have all of the following items with you can NOT take our Assessment Test:
Driver's License
Social Security Card
Auto Insurance Card
Current CPR Card
Physical
TB(within the past year)
Must be able to pass an Back Ground Check
