•Review disability applications in a timely and thorough manner to determine eligibility for assistance based on State and Federal disability guidelines.
•Submit recommendations on applicants eligibility as follows: Approvals and Progress Reports are transmitted to appropriate parties. Denials are submitted to supervising physician for their concurrence.
•Case information is accurately documented on the appropriate worksheets and data entry systems and Medicaid Medical review team data screens. Location: Indianapolis
