Wanted- RN or LNA for home care (Windsor, VT)

We are seeking a RN or LNA for home care of an 82 year old man. He will need 24 hour care- so could be full time day or nights for the right candidate. Duties include basic care, helping into and out of bed (will have a bed lift), insulin and catheterization (or supervising the insulin and catheterization for an LNA- his wife is able to do it as long as someone makes sure everything is sterile and ready), and primarily just making sure he does not get a fever or fall and hurt himself. He is a stage IV melanoma patient, and is not hospice yet, but we want him to be comfortable and home. He is not mean or hostile- very pleasant and agreeable.

Hours are flexible as well as we assemble a care team, so for the right candidate the schedule can be adjusted accordingly. We are hoping he will be discharged at the end of next week, so we would like to get his care providers in place NOW!
