Job Description:
Work collaboratively with physicians, other health care providers, and parents in providing top-notch health care services. A nurse practitioner or physician's assistant with family medicine background is necessary for this position.
Job Requirements:
Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners.
Appropriate Vermont licensing/registration.
Preferably 1 - 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, other health care providers, and parents.
