Looking for a Personal Care Supervisor for the Nampa/Boise area. The Personal Care Supervisor is a position whose primary job function is managing program services and program personnel. The chief responsibility is to ensure the implementation of a participant's program plan and regulatory compliance. The position requires an individual to oversee multiple participant caseloads and supervise assigned personnel. It requires response to emergency and other care needs on a day to day and on-call basis.
Example of Duties:
Responsible for participant assessment, implementation, reviews
On-Site supervisory visits
Responsible for nursing care needs for all participants
Responsible for recruitment, employment, performance, evaluations, promotions, discharge, training, scheduling of assigned personnel
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services field
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Idaho as identified with Idaho laws and guidelines
Minimum of 1 year experience as supervisor responsible for service plan development and implementation required
Must be 21 years or older
Satisfactory complete Criminal History Background check
Satisfactory complete health screening
Possess computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, and database experience
Able to read/write English well enough to read/write in participant records
Possess a valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance
