MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduated from an accredited school for Registered Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurse.
2. Must hold current state license with no criminal charges on record or pending.
3. Must have a minimum of one (1) year hospital, nursing home, or home care experience within the last two (2) years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vital Signs (VS): Obtains basic measures including blood pressure (BP), respirations, pulse, temperature, height, weight, and intake and output from clients who are stable.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's): Provides basic physical care and comfort measures and assistance with activities of daily living.
Transferring: Assist client in transporting to chair and/or bed and/or commode and/or wheelchair.
