F/T Nurse Practitioner for Busy Family Medicine Office (Plainfield, IL)

A well established solo practitioner is in immediate need of a full time Nurse Practitioner in the Plainfield, IL area.
Position will require approximately 40 -- 50 hours a week with approximately 50% office based and 50% nursing home base. The nursing home position offers a flexible rounding schedule (days, evenings and/or weekends), rotating between locations within close proximity of each other.
Experience in the primary care setting (both the office and nursing home) is preferred. The right candidate will be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong professional level of knowledge and comprehensive clinical assessment skills of the elderly population and disease management.
Position will require call coverage every other week and occasional weekend hours compensated with time off.
