Busy six provider surgery specialty private practice with great atmosphere looking for an experienced RN, LPN or CMA to fulfill a Clinical Assistant position. This position is responsible for managing a physician's clinic flow, patients, return calls, patient education, prepping charts, etc. There is a lot of administrative work in this position such as checking/prepping charts as well as patient phone calls. This position also includes some rooming, assisting with procedures, vitals, IV's and injections. Ideal candidate will be a confident professional. Must be a teamplayer! Must be a mature professional with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate with patients and staff in a professional, courteous manner. This position is hands on with both providers and patients. Must be organized, detail oriented, dependable and possess a positive, professional, compassionate attitude. Must also have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Ideal candidate will have at minimum one year of experience. If you like to stay busy and interact with patients all day while delivering quality care, this is the job for you! This is a very fast paced job.RN's and LPN's must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current state of Alaska RN or LPN license. CMA's must have at least 2 years experience. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. This is a full-time job Monday-Friday and schedule is not flexible.
