Wellness Solutions, Inc. is Tennessee’s premier provider of professional, medical and psychiatric support services to Long Term Care facility residents. Our Nurse Practitioners and Psychologists, work in close collaboration with the medical and nursing staff of our Long Term Care facilities to provide the highest level of personalized health care services during on-site visits. Our caring professionals have extensive experience in meeting the challenging health care needs of the elderly population.
We are searching for:
~Psychiatric & Medical Nurse Practitioners and Psychologists for positions in the Chattanooga, TN area Relocation Package
We pay all our employees under an incentive based compensation system that can range between $75,000 and $85,000 per year (Nurse Practitioners) and between $100,000 and $110,000 per year (Psychologists) after having been with the company for a year based on seeing approximately 14-15 patients per day.
In addition, our full-time employee benefits package includes:
•WSI-paid health and dental insurance effective the beginning of the month after you’ve been with us full-time for 30 days — coverage for dependents and vision insurance is available and would be deducted from your paycheck twice a month;
•WSI-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance;
•WSI-paid medical malpractice insurance;
•WSI-paid workers compensation insurance;
•Six paid holidays a year (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day);
•Five paid days off every six months beginning on the six month anniversary of an employee working with us full-time — an additional five paid days off every six months thereafter;
•WSI-paid billing fees;
•WSI-paid collaboration fees;
•One paid CEU day every year after the first year of full-time employment; and
Quality Nurse Practitioner Candidates Possess the Following Requirements:

• Masters of Science in Nursing
• RN and APN licenses in TN (non-TN licensees will need to apply for and obtain TN licensure)
• Board certification
• DEA license (not required for application, but must be obtained before hired)
  Quality Psychologist Candidates Possess the Following Requirements:
• Doctorate in Psychology/Philosophy
• Psychologist licenses in TN (non-TN licensees will need to apply for and obtain TN licensure)
