Registered Nurse-Intake (Salt Lake City)

Dynamic, growing Home Health agency seeking Registered Nurse to fill Intake position. Current licensure and CPR certification required. Responsibilities include: providing excellent customer service to providers, referral sources, patients, and clinicians; coordination of care; benefit and authorization request and review; assessment and review of orders; and computer skills with electronic documentation system. Home Health knowledge and experience preferred. Full time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 830 am to 500 pm.
Location: Salt Lake City
Compensation: Salary dependent upon experience.
