Platinum Corporation has a position for Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide Case Management services for Warriors in Transition assigned to Army Warrior Transition Units or Community Based Warrior Transition Units. This is a travel position and the RNCM will be "home based" at Fort Knox and travel to assignments . Registered Nurse Case Managers will assess Soldier's general health and specific health status post deployment, document health status, direct medical care through the Case Management Health System, coordinate with the WTU physician and Primary Care Physician referrals to appropriate specialists.

Requirements: Qualified Registered Nurse Case Managers must:
- Have at least a Bachelors Degree in Nursing or certification in Case Management
- Training and at least one year of experience as a case manager, certification preferred
- Current Nursing license in one of 50 states, DC, PR, Guam or US Virgin Islands
- BLS for HealthCare Provider Certification thought the American Heart Association
- Knowledge of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury preferred
