Clinical Educator/QA Nurse (Chicago, IL)

Home Health of Illinois is looking for a Clinical educator and Quality Assurance Nurse. Previous Home Health experience REQUIRED. Must have RN license in the state of Illinois. Must have previous experience documenting on computer and up to date knowledge on ICD-9 and upcoming ICD-10.
