ComForcare is seeking a reliable, dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide a thorough case assessment of clients who are requesting our services.
The RN will develop an appropriate and individualized care plan in collaboration with the client's primary care physician as needed. In addition, the nurse is responsible for teaching/counseling clients regarding safe care and evaluating client response to the care being provided. Acting as the clinical care coordinator for assigned individuals/families, the RN will initiate referrals as necessary, and supervise and direct our home companions, CNAs and caregivers regarding the care of the client.
This is an excellent postion for the RN looking for flexible hours.This is a part time/oncall position
Minimum Qualifications:
Current state RN license and CPR certification
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
1 -2 years nursing experience or equivalent
Valid driver's license, personal vehicle and proof of current auto insurance.
Ideal candidate will possess concise verbal, written and organizational skills necessary to interact with clients, families and co-workers. 2+ years experience in home health care or similar experience a plus!
