Fayette Regional Health System, a 157 bed hospital is seeking an ER Nurse Team Leader. If you are yearning for a leadership position and have experience working in the ER and can lead the employees to work collaboratively, this could be the perfect position for you! The ER volume has approximately 17,000 visits/year. Your responsibilities will be to manage a department of 23 employees, overseeing their performance and making sure the department is current with their policy and procedures. You will work with the EMS service and the 911 service. Fayette Regional's emergency department is HFAP accredited.
