Southside allergy practice seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work full-time. Some travel to the Zionsville office will be required and benefits will be offered after completing a 90-day orientation.
Provide general nursing care to patients. Perform scratch and intradermal skin testing, provide allergy injections and monitor for reactions per protocol, mix serum as required per protocol after receiving training, dispense medication as directed, and conduct activities in compliance with applicable laws including blood and body substance precautions.
Completion of nursing program from accredited school of nursing with a certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Proof of current Indiana State Licensure and CPR certification required with 3-5 years experience.
Must have reliable transportation and pass a criminal background check. Please submit a cover letter and resume for consideration.
