Charge Nurse (Lagrange)

Busy Family Practice and Urgent Care Center is seeking a full-time Charge Nurse.
THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION, MUST BE WILLING TO SIGN A SIX MONTH CONTRACT !!!!!!!
This may lead to a permanent, full-time position with benefits.
Schedule is 40-plus hrs per week, this position is salaried. Must be able to work every other Saturday, 9am-9pm and a flexible weekday schedule.
This role is for a working manager, not suitable for someone that prefers a more administrative role. Must be able to be on your feet for up to 12 hrs per day (not including breaks and lunches), in a very busy setting.
Ideal candidate will have managerial experience in a medical facility, knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA compliance. Training and employee relations experience a plus. Prefer an LPN or RN, but will consider a Paramedic or EMT with the comparable work experience and background.
