The laser treatment provider will perform laser treatments as an elective aesthetic procedure in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies & procedures, and all other governing standards. This position will report to the Director of Medical Field Support at Ideal Image Development Corporation. The associate will be an employee of Ideal Image Development Corporation and be eligible to receive all benefits associated.
Essential Job Functions:
Partner and collaborate with Clinic Director, Medical Director, and other Associates.
Establish and maintain rapport with Guests.
Operate and maintain laser systems.
Treat and care for Guests.
Evaluate Guest's suitability for laser treatment.
Ability to correctly assess Guest's hair color, texture and skin color (based on Fitzpatrick skin scale and genetics)
Pursue opportunities to sell additional services.
Ensure the safety of Guests, other treatment providers, and fellow Associates.
Prepare Guest for laser treatment.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each guest.
Verify and review informed consent, Guest chart and all applicable documents prior to every treatment.
Annotate and post appropriate information and data in the Guest's medical record.
Perform emergency protocol as requirements demand.
Sustain proficiency through continuous education.
Liaisons with Medical Director to ensure consistent adherence to established Guest care standards, and
laser treatment protocol.
Sit or stand for long periods of time.

Travel Requirements:
Up to 80% travel to Ideal Image locations nationwide to provide laser hair removal treatments for a minimum of 5 days, not to exceed 10 business days, unless it has been pre-approved by the Director of Medical Field Support.
This position is to be treated as an "on-call" or as needed basis. The associate for this position understands that travel may be scheduled at anytime.
Associate will be responsible for scheduling their own travel arrangements through Ideal Image's preferred travel agency. All traveling expenses, such as lodging and transportation will be paid for Ideal Image. The associate will be responsible for meal expenses while traveling and will be reimbursed accordingly. The associate will be required to apply for a license as a Registered Nurse in as many states as they can obtain licensure within the scope of the law.
The associate will be available to cover the treatment schedule in all states which they are legally allowed to practice with a joint protocol or collaborative agreement signed by the medical director and the associate.
Must be license in one of the below states, and within reasonable distance from one of these cities:

MO----Kansas City or St. Louis
WI----Milwaukee
TX----Austin or Dallas
NM----Albuquerque
AZ----Tucson or Phoenix
