RN Clinical Supervisor
Maxim Healthcare Services is interviewing for team oriented, organized, talented and highly motivated Registered Nurses. Ideal candidates are looking to advance their career in Supervision and/or Case Management with a strong emphasis on patient-focused customer service.
Duties Include:
• Participating in a team based atmosphere
• Working in a fun, fast paced and open office environment
• Building relationships with clients and employees
• Case Management
• Supervising Field Staff (LPNs and HHAs)
• Assist in educational classes for all staff
• Enforce compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations
Qualifications:
• 1 year of homecare experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Highly motivated and self-disciplined with excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills required
