As a Spectrum Health Coach, you will motivate participants to make lasting behavior and lifestyle changesa. You will engage, encourage, and teach participants through telephone and face to face interventions.
Successful candidates must be outgoing and personable, work both independently and with a team, be flexible, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum Bachelor's degree in one or more of the following fields: Nursing, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Health Science, Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related healthcare field. Previous experience in one-on-one coaching and/or national certifications such as ACSM or CHES preferred. Location: Indianapolis
