UNC Health Care has an immediate need for a Cardiac Cath Lab Manager at their Main Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC.Responsibilities of Cardiac Cath Lab Manager -- Registered Nurse: Responsible for annual performance reviews of staff members
Provides and facilitates an environment conducive to staff continuing education needs, on-going unit-based educational needs, and orientation of staff members.
Performs other duties as assigned.



Manages the Invasive Cardiology Department while ensuring that appropriate care and services are available to patients and families.
Ensures adequate and appropriate clinical staffing, managing nurses, technical and ancillary staff.




Qualifications: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina (or ability to obtain licensure)
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Management of an Invasive Cardiology Department


Bachelor's Degree in health related field is required







Preferred: Master's Degree is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is strongly preferred
