Bayada Nurses, Home Care Specialists, is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Manager for our Medicare certified office in Brattelboro, Vermont. Your important work will help ensure that our clients come first and that our Bayada caregivers have the support they need to be successful. Qualified candidates must be a Registered Nurse who has demonstrated clinical and managerial experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency . As a Clinical Manager , you will have responsibility to direct and coordinate the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals. Job responsibilities include: processing incoming referrals, management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff, documentation review - including OASIS, monitoring quality assurance, managing staff productivity, and overall case management.
Requirements:• A current Vermont Registered Nurse license• Five or more years nursing experience• Two or more years recent Medicare Certified Home Care experience.• Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation.• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and episodic case management.• Solid computer skills and familiarity with EMR software. • Strong management and leadership background.• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.Rewarding work, a fulfilling career and compassionate colleagues are just a few of the many reasons why the most talented and admired healthcare professionals make Bayada Nurses their employer of choice.
