RN/LPN - M-F 10p to 6a (Farmington)

Sandy River Center of Farmington, ME is currently seeking a Full-Time RN/LPN to join our team on the 10p-6a shift. This is a Monday through Friday position, but must be flexible to work some weekends as needed. Duties and tasks include but are not limited to:
-Administers medication and/or treatment and documentation of same to residents;
-Responsible for clinical documentation related to resident activity;
-Assists in developing and implementing resident care plan and nursing care plan;
-Communicates pertinent data to charge nurse, superior, and/or physician;
-Provides for emotional and physical comfort and safety of residents;
-Assists physician in rounds and examination of residents, as needed;
-Supervises and coordinates nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to state, federal, and corporate guidelines;
-Puts Customer Service First: Ensures that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights;
Experience is preferred, but not required. Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
