Hello,
 
I currently have an opportunity in Blackhawk, SD for a Skilled Nursing Facility seeking a Charge Nurse to add to their staff.  This is a five star facility, with a deficiency free survey, and has electronic record keeping.  
 
I am currently seeking someone with 2+ years experience as manager in a SNF with a SD license (required).  This opportunity is offering a very generous salary, PTO, matching 403b, and full health coverage.
