Position Summery:
Leadership role involving managing care authorization and implementation with attention
to patient family satisfaction. Integral part of the management team of an dynamic growing health care staffing agency.

Key Activities: *Manage staffing, staff assignments and coordinate care *Facilitate and supervise team approach within plan of care *Build rapport with patient families in implementing and managing care being rendered *Attend to certification and re-certification process for care authorization *Provide clinical guidance and coaching for complex situations
Qualifications: *Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, current RN license *Minimum 3 years progressively responsible clinical experience with preference for recent home health experience *Prior management or leadership experience required *Some travel required *Detail oriented and organizational skills
