Registered Nurse - ICU experience (Arizona)

Axis Medical Staffing is seeking experienced RN's with at least 2 years of ICU experience for Direct Hire, Contract, and Per Diem opportunities. Currently 6 positions are available w/ flexible scheduling for AM/PM shifts. Ability to float to different units and assist patients with varying levels of acuity preferred. This is a great opportunity to supplement income if your current consensus is down by picking up per diem shifts. Qualified candidates must have 1-2 years of recent experience working in a hospital setting.
DETAILS:
Location -- Tucson & Phoenix, AZ
Hours - 8-12 hr shifts. Days/Evenings/Nights
Length - 6-13 wk contract & per diem shifts
Compensation - Top Hourly Pay, Flexible schedule, Full Benefits, Matching vested 401k
Start Date - ASAP
REQUIREMENTS:
Current RN License
BLS
2 MMR's or (+) titers for measles, mumps & rubella
Hepatitis B vaccine, 3 vaccines or (+) titer
History of Varicella or 2 vaccines
Annual TB test / Chest x-ray results and TB questionnaire if positive PPD is indicated
Annual flu vaccine immunization
1 + years current experience required
