We are in need a Nurse Manager -- Emergency Dept in Missoula - Libby, MT. The salary is 68-91k & relocation is available.
Our Client Company is truly a community hospital that has a responsibility for each & every person in our service area.
Seeking an excellent, innovative Nurse Manager to help lead our emergency department by proactively coordinating & supervising care delivery. The ED Manager position is a "working manager" position. Our ideal candidate is someone who has ED management experience (employee relations, performance improvement, budgeting, etc.). Candidate must be an excellent communicator & willing to help out the staff when needed.
Duties include ensuring high quality, individualized care in a safe environment. Facilitates customer relations targeting patients, families, physicians, & other health care personnel including ambulance members & the general public. Successful candidate will have clinical experience in emergency services, excellent communication & organization skills, & will have a track record of implementing improvements in past positions. Current MT RN license & ACLS certification required. A Bachelor's degree & previous management experience is highly preferred. 40 hours per week.
