Trusted Nurse Staffing is looking for a perm Critical Access RN. Will consider a new grad. We will not accept travelers for this position.
RN would join team in small Critical Access Hospital in Culbertson, MT (NE corner of MT). Duties include general medical care for inpatients (no surgery or OB) and outpatients, emergency room coverage, long term care patients. ACLS required, TNCC preferred.
Position is 3, alternating 12-hr shifts per week (0600-1830 or 1800-0630) or 2, 12.5-hr shifts and 2, 8-hr shifts per week to start Feb. 1, 2012
Compensation Package: $21.14-$27.58/hr with $.25 per certification for up to 4 certifications, $1.50/hr night shift differential, RMC pays 75% of $1500 deductible health insurance premium for employee (employee can purchase child or family coverage), ~21 days per year PTO (personal time off), ~9 days per year extended illness bank (EIB), $5000 life insurance, 401K with $300 contribution by RMC.
