Nurse Practitioner, ANP, GNP, FNP: excellent Pay & Benefits! Part Time Opportunity
• Work 40 hours per week! M-F, No Call, and WORK/LIFE/BALANCE!
• Perform Health Risk Assessments on geriatric patients in their homes, local nursing home, and skilled nursing facilities
• See approximately 4 to 5 patients per day autonomously
• Join a team of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners whose collaborative care goal is to improve the healthcare of geriatrics, and reduce inappropriate hospitalizations
• Daily travel is compensated at the federal mileage reimbursement rate
• earn $125 per assessment, must commit to 2-3 days per week earn 72K doing 12 assessments per week

To join, you will need:
• 3 years Nurse Practitioner experience required.
• BSN and MSN
• Current NP licensure in state of residence.
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with specialty in Adult, Family or Geriatric Care
• A dedication to delivering top notch patient care and education


Location: Charleston, WV
Compensation: $125 per assessment
