MDS Nurse maintains the facility assessment calendar, coordinates the completion of all patient assessments, care plans, and RAPs within State and Federal regulations, and leads the care team in the completion of the MDS. Candidate must show strong clinical skills as well as leadership ability, and experience in MDS is required. Excellent pay and benefit package available.
