Will have a part time educator under them
In charge of educators and charge nurses.
Reports to physicians. Has some budget input

Must improve patient care. Registration,
They have traveling nurses working for them.
Door to Doctor time.
Collaborative approach consensus decision maker.
Good communication skills.
Non-Profit, they do not look at bottom line.
3 years or more experience required.
Must have at least 3 years progressive management in ER.
New equipment in the ER.
Non-Profit.
Small city feel, good school systems
$95-110,000 Compensation: 110,000
