The Baptist Home, a ministry of Elim Care, seeks an experienced Clinical Coordinator to provide staff leadership within a caring resident centered environment in Bismarck, North Dakota! Our care facility ministers 141 residents with dedication to excellence to all those we serve. Discover having more time off with a consistent schedule and earn $30-$34 per hour as a Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator. With our newly implemented resident centered care, never work more than three days in a row, and be off every other weekend! As Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing routine treatments and services in the delivery of care to residents, as well as manage the shift's workflow within the nursing department. This also includes completing admission and other clinical assessments as required, and participating in problem solving for residents with complex needs. Providing guidance and assisting with problem resolution for residents and families is also key. The Clinical Coordinator also assures staff are provided with all necessary training and follow up. MDS or ICU/CCU (critical care) experience is a plus for the Clinical Coordinator position.
Job RequirementsRN license in North Dakota (or ability to obtain if out of state)
3+ years of supervisory experience
BSN (or equivalent experience)
MDS experience preferred
ICU/CCU experience a plus

Why Baptist Home

Founded in 1940 by the Association for the North American Baptist Churches of the Dakotas, the vision of the Baptist Home began with the Dakota Conference of Women's Missionary Union setting aside $100.00 for the future project of an Old People's Home. Seventy years later, the Baptist Home is still proudly serving the Bismarck area, offering a wide variety of senior adult housing and healthcare services.
In 2009, the Baptist Home merged with Elim Care, based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Both entities are evangelical, faith-based organizations specializing in providing excellent senior housing and healthcare services. Together, the two organizations share over 150 years of service to their respective communities. With the newfound partnership between the Baptist Home and Elim Care, it is anticipated that the services of the Baptist Home will be expanded in the next two to three years. Construction of a new facility is being planned.
